Weatherproof effect blinder with 432 × 1.5 W RGB LEDs in 48 pixel cells and 84 × 5 W warm-white LEDs in 12 beam cells, electronic frost, 35 RGB and 16 white auto programs and nine DMX channel modes up to 159 channels
Operating manual. Please read in full before first use and keep for future reference.

Foreword
Thank you for choosing the Aurona Aurona FX Strobe IP65 — a weatherproof effect blinder combining two systems in one housing: an RGB pixel plate of 432 LEDs in 48 individually controllable cells and a warm-white beam zone of 84 LEDs in 12 cells.
This document covers installation, operation, menu navigation and the complete DMX mapping of all nine channel modes. Read the manual in full — especially the Safety Information chapter — before first use, and keep it with the unit.
The fixture is weatherproof (IP65) and intended for professional use only. Maximum ambient temperature: 40 °C. The housing may be hot during and after operation.

In StaticC mode, use "Up" and "Down" to select the desired solid colour and press "Enter" to save. The codes are composed of the colours R red, G green, B blue and W white. The intensity is then set via Dim from 000 to 255.
| Value | Colour combination |
|---|---|
| R | Red |
| G | Green |
| B | Blue |
| W | White |

| BW | Blue + White |
| RGW | Red + Green + White |
| RBW | Red + Blue + White |
| GBW | Green + Blue + White |

In Manual C mode, use "Up" and "Down" to set the intensity of each colour (R, G, B, W) from 000 to 255 and select the strobe speed from S000 to S100 (S000 is strobe off). Press "Enter" to save.
Select the colour temperature from <WT01> to <WT11>, then use "Up" or "Down" to select the intensity between 1 and 100 and press "Enter" to confirm.
The fixture runs auto programs separately for its two zones: the RGB pixel plate and the warm-white beam zone. In Auto Pro mode, first use "Up" and "Down" to select Auto Pro <RGB> or Auto Pro <White>.
After selecting Auto Pro <RGB>, confirm with "Enter" and use "Up"/"Down" to select the program — from Random (Pr02 to Pr35 run in random order, 10 to 180 seconds per effect) up to Pr35. Then set the speed from <Sp000> to <Sp100>, the dimmer from <dim000> to <dim255> and the frost transparency from Fr<000> to Fr<100>. Press "Enter" to save.
After selecting Auto Pro <White>, confirm with "Enter" and use "Up"/"Down" to select the program — from Random (Pr02 to Pr16 in random order, 10 to 180 seconds per effect) up to Pr16. Then set the speed from <Sp000> to <Sp100> and the dimmer from <dim000> to <dim255>, and press "Enter" to save.
In Sound mode use "Up" and "Down" to select the sensitivity from Sen000 to Sen100 and press "Enter" to save.
Set the master fixture to one of the stand-alone operating modes — automatic, sound, static colour or manual colour; on the slaves, set Mas/Sla to "S". Via DMX Loss, the behaviour on signal loss can be set to Hold, Blackout, Manual or Auto. Under User DMX you can assign a function per channel; set the channel following the last used one to End. To select this mode, choose User under DMX channel mode.
Each fixture is equipped with a built-in WDMX module and an antenna, allowing it to both receive and transmit DMX signals without any DMX cables. To enable WDMX operation, first pair the fixture with another fixture or with a standalone transceiver connected to a DMX console.
Turn on a standalone transceiver (not included) by pressing the power button. When the indicator light turns white, release the button; the transceiver is then in configuration mode. There, pressing the button once switches the air protocol. After selecting the target protocol, press and hold the button for more than one second and release it when the indicator turns white.
| Colour | Air protocol |
|---|---|
| Red | EL MODE |
| Green | WDMX reception |
| Blue | WDMX transmission |
| Group | Indicator colour |
|---|---|
| CH00 | Red |
| CH01 | Green |
| CH02 | Blue |
| CH03 | Red + green = yellow |
| CH04 | Green + blue = cyan |
| CH05 | Red + blue = magenta |
In EL MODE, six groups with independent ID codes can be set; only transceivers within the same group communicate with one another. On the fixture: press "Menu", select Wireless, press "Enter" and enable wireless with "On"/"Off". With "On", select EL Mode under Mode and set the group number CH<00> to CH<05>. When several fixtures are in the same group, the one transmitting is the transmitter and the rest automatically become receivers. W-DMX_R → "Delete" starts pairing with a transmitter; W-DMX_T → "Create" starts pairing with a receiver.
Chapter 05
The light-emitting surface consists of five rows: four rows of RGB cells (12 cells each) and, between them, one row of 12 warm-white beam cells. In total there are 48 RGB cells (RGB1 – RGB48) and 12 white cells (W1 – W12).
| RGB1 | RGB2 | RGB3 | RGB4 | RGB5 | RGB6 | RGB7 | RGB8 | RGB9 | RGB10 | RGB11 | RGB12 |

| RGB37 | RGB38 | RGB39 | RGB40 | RGB41 | RGB42 | RGB43 | RGB44 | RGB45 | RGB46 | RGB47 | RGB48 |
Depending on the channel mode, the cells are grouped differently:
| Mode | Grouping |
|---|---|
| 16 CH | RGB in 4 rows (RGB1–12, 13–24, 25–36, 37–48) · white as one group (W1–W12) |
| 51 CH | RGB in 12 columns (each RGB n, n+12, n+24, n+36) · white per cell W1 – W12 |
| 147 CH | RGB per individual cell (RGB1 – RGB48) · white not separately addressable |
| 159 CH | RGB per individual cell (RGB1 – RGB48) · white per individual cell (W1 – W12) |
